Sean N. C. Moree KC

Sean Moree KC chairs the Trust & Private Client Practice Group and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He manages caseloads for multi-national companies and ultra-high-net-worth families.

An accomplished litigator, Moree represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including trust litigation, derivative actions, shareholder disputes and third-party claims. His litigation practice also focuses on insolvency, restructuring, and disputes in the banking industry.

He frequently works on cases that involve multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating prowess at liaising and collaborating with attorneys in other jurisdictions to ensure efficient management of international matters.

Sean is a partner at MB&H and sits on the firm's Executive Committee. He was appointed a King's Counsel in January 2023.

He completed his LL.B at the University of Nottingham in 2002 and the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School in 2003. He was called to both the English and Bahamas Bars in 2003. In 2004 Sean completed his LL.M at Wake Forest University.
