John F. Wilson KC

John F Wilson KC is the senior partner of McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes and the chair of its Executive Committee.

He is also chair of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and the Admiralty, Shipping & Aviation Practice Group. He is Vice-Chair of the Trust & Private Client Practice Group. John’s specialties include trust and private client advisory, which allows him to provide bespoke advice to HNW and UHNW clients, as well as tailored solutions to the unique needs of banks and trusts.

He is one of the most sought after commercial litigators in The Bahamas and is renowned for his approachability, problem-solving skills and ability to advocate effectively for his clients. This has helped him forge longstanding client relationships with a majority of the institutional trust and private wealth management companies operating in The Bahamas.
