Theodore is head of our TMT & Data practice and member of our corporate commercial group.

Theodore has long and extensive experience in advising organisations across various industries, importantly technology multinationals, global telcos, social media platforms, also the Greek State, on issues relating to new and emerging technologies and media, covering all aspects of electronic communications, data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, content regulation, marketing and e-commerce law.

He offers strategic guidance on novel and complex issues, including AI (machine learning and algorithmic accountability), cloud computing, connected devices, blockchain solutions and e-Governance tools and services, while he often interacts on matters of regulatory practice with the Greek data protection, telecoms and privacy Regulators.

Theodore is included in the European Data Protection Board (EDPB)'s Support Pool of Experts for the fields of "Technical expertise in New Technologies and Information Security" and "Legal expertise in New Technologies”. He is a regular contributor in various technology law publications and speaker in technology fora in Greece and abroad.

Theodore was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2007 and joined our firm in 2022.
