Paris Tzoumas

Paris is a partner and head of our finance team. Paris has extensive experience in advising both lenders and sponsors in project finance and PPP projects with a primary focus on Transport, Energy & Infrastructure sectors. Paris’ experience and main focus also extends to advising lenders and sponsors alike in connection with real estate/hotels finance, syndicated corporate financings and leveraged acquisition finance deals.

In parallel with his primary areas of expertise, Paris regularly advises originators, investors, servicers or other administrative parties in connection with securitisations of commercial and financial receivables, including, recently transactions involving distressed banking debt and trade originated debt from automotive and utilities sectors.

He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2013 and joined Zepos & Yannopoulos in 2017.
