In the area of debt capital markets law, he advises financial and industrial companies on the issue and listing of plain vanilla and ESG bonds, covered bonds, registered notes, certificates and other derivative products as well as on the establishment and update of and the ongoing legal advice and support in relation to issuance programmes.

Career

Sebastian has been a member of the Wolf Theiss Capital Markets team since 2016. He started then as a Legal Trainee during his studies, became an Associate in June 2019 and successfully passed his bar exam in November 2022. Since June 2024, Sebastian is admitted as attorney to the Austrian bar and was promoted to Senior Associate.
