Mira is a senior associate in our corporate and M&A practice. She advises a broad range of clients on their transactions and operations in Indonesia, focusing on the financial services sector. Her clients include banks, insurance companies, asset managers, multi-finance and P2P companies. In addition to advising on M&A and other corporate transactions, she also advises on regulatory matters.

Career

Mira holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University in Jakarta and an LLM from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Prior to joining HBT, she worked at two other law firms in Indonesia.
