Tammera R. Diehm

Tammera Diehm is a shareholder and the Firm President of Winthrop & Weinstine. On the legal side of her role, Tami represents clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, developing, and financing, with a particular focus on multi-unit real estate, especially in the downstream energy, convenience store, and franchise quick-serve restaurant industries. In her practice, the law serves as a tool to help navigate all the complicated aspects of doing business as an owner or occupier of real estate—from complicated zoning and land use matters to government approvals and regulatory compliance.
