Aimee Dayhoff

Aimée Dayhoff represents a wide range of companies, from large publicly traded corporations to small family-owned businesses, in industries such as food and agriculture, financial services, health care and manufacturing. Aimée focuses on business-to-business litigation, which includes a wide array of disputes ranging from complex breach of contract cases, to shareholder disputes to trade secret litigation in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. She also routinely represents businesses in defending against employment lawsuits, including matters involving employee-related discrimination, retaliation, harassment and whistleblower claims. She also represents companies in initiating litigation against former employees and their new employers for violations of restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets. Aimée also serves as outside general counsel for various companies.
