Sydney has advised private equity firms and public and private companies on labor and employment-related risks and considerations in hundreds of complex transactions and restructurings. She offers creative and pragmatic solutions for clients in the transactional context, and serves as a trusted advisor on other counseling matters ranging from executive terminations, workplace issues and internal investigations, the WARN Act, wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining, and compliance with other labor and employment laws. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements, consulting agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants, and helps clients stay apprised of and prepare for pending and proposed employment regulations.
