Sydney’s practice focuses on Finance and Corporate transactions such as project finance, corporate finance, project-driven corporate finance, acquisition finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions.

Sydney regularly assists clients in the energy, mining, infrastructure and real estate sectors. He worked as an Attorney at Law in renowned international law firms in Paris and London. Sydney advised on most of the transactions on this proposal.
