Foued specialises in Banking and Finance, Project Finance, Arbitration and M&A with extensive experience in Algerian business law. He regularly assists major international companies and investors as well as credit institutions on their investments and financings in Algeria. He has been involved in complex cross-border transactions, including most of the largest projects in Algeria and is well regarded for his work in joint ventures and project finance. He has been involved in complex cross-border financing transactions.

Foued has extensive experience in the energy sector in Algeria and has recently advised Edison on an agreement to sell its stake in the North Reggane license in Algeria and Occidental Petroleum on the signing of a USD multibillion production-sharing contract (PSC) extending control over two blocks in Algeria

Foued has also secured important M&A mandates in the consumer and healthcare sectors.
