Siril Visnes assists Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions with financing and restructuring processes across a variety of business sectors. She has several years’ experience of working in the legal department of a bank. She also assists borrowers in connection with the negotiation and conclusion of loan agreements.

Visnes assists with everything from simple bilateral financing agreements written in Norwegian to comprehensive international financing agreements involving major bank syndicates and complex intercreditor issues. She works with all kinds of financing arrangements in all business sectors.

With in-depth knowledge of the whole range of products that banks typically offer in connection with the establishment of loan agreements, Visnes can advise on the entire value chain of products that financial institutions offer their borrowers. This also includes financing of accounts receivable products, factoring agreements, overdrafts, cash management products and leasing agreements.
