Suzanne Bell

Suzanne Bell is a partner in the Capital Markets Group in Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's London office. Suzanne advises leading financial institutions, funds and corporations in connection with a wide range of domestic, European and international structured finance and asset backed-lending transactions. Her experience includes structuring and documenting commercial paper conduits, structured investment vehicles, and public and private securitisations of a range of asset classes (including auto leases, loans and subscriptions; credit card and other consumer receivables; equipment leases; trade and inventory receivables and esoteric receivables (such as insurance premia receivables, handset receivables, P2P receivables and other payment plan/cash advance receivables)) and other asset backed/NAV facilities including in connection with NPL and other portfolio acquisitions. Suzanne also has experience in advising a variety of stakeholders (including receivers, directors and creditors) on debt restructurings and insolvency matters involving structured finance borrowers.
