Mark Beeley

Mark Beeley is experienced in handling both litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to issues with conventional power assets. He regularly represents clients in cases across a range of jurisdictions concerning matters such as profit allocation, warranty breaches and construction issues.

Mark Beeley is global chair of the international arbitration practice. He is recognised for his expert handling of investment treaty disputes for clients such as those based in the Middle East. His practice is complemented by his commercial expertise, including LCIA arbitrations in the energy sector. He acts as both advocate and arbitrator.
