Susan Daley has over 25 years of experience in executive compensation, securities and employee benefits. She is a Fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. She is a former Chair of the American Bar Association Business Law Section Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Committee, the Illinois State Bar Association Employee Benefits Section Council, Chicago Bar Association Employee Benefits and Federal Taxation Committees, and ABA Section of Taxation Employee Benefits Federal Securities Law Subcommittee and a former President of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals Chicago Chapter and co-chair of the BNA Pension & Advisory Board.
