Her work focuses on breach of contract, business torts, and consumer claims including alleged fraud in all its varieties, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence and extends to state and federal court matters, jury and nonjury trials, appeals, arbitrations, and government investigations. In addition to her client work, Jessica has devoted significant time and energy as a leader in the firm over the past 20 years. Among other roles, she served for years as the chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice, as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and before that as the Managing Partner of the Phoenix office.
