Summer Martin concentrates her practice in the area of healthcare law and regulatory compliance. She combines an in depth understanding of the US health care system and the regulatory landscape to provide strategic counsel designed to meet business needs. Summer routinely counsels clients in the health care industry in the structuring of business ventures and focuses her practice on complex M&A and other affiliations and integration transactions, as well as numerous operational and contractual matters. Her practice also focuses on providing counsel with respect to corporate compliance and integrity programs and matters, including responding to governmental investigations and effectuating voluntary disclosures to relevant government authorities, subpoenas and False Claims Act/qui tam actions; as well as reimbursement and coverage matters and clinical research compliance, agreements and structures.
