Practice Areas
Mr. Suk Lee is a partner of Shin & Kim. His main practice areas include real estate transactions, real estate funds, real-estate investment companies (REITs), foreign investment, development and trust, real property PF loans, and general corporate legal affairs. Mr. Lee has served for several years as the head of Shin & Kim’s Real Estate Alternative Investment Group. He has conducted numerous large-scale transactions both domestically and internationally. One of the representative transactions was the sale of Centropolis (with a transaction size of KRW 1.12 trillion) in Gongpyeong-dong, Jongno-gu, the acquisition of the Yeouido Park One Tower Two building (with a transaction size of KRW 1 trillion), and the securitization of some assets of SK Hynix's semiconductor factory.
