Practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on civil fraud and disputes involving fiduciaries. In silk, he has been instructed in disputes in the Supreme Court and Privy Council, high-profile domestic and international commercial disputes, and has given expert evidence on English commercial law.
A core of his practice involves commercial contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty by directors, senior employees, LLP members, agents and joint venturers, civil fraud and disputes concerning team moves and employee competition.
Stuart is instructed both in litigation and arbitration, domestic and international. He is also an ADR accredited commercial mediator.
