Aaron has a broad commercial practice, including in aviation, art & cultural property, banking and finance, civil fraud, commercial crime, crypto, energy, and international commercial disputes.
Aaron has acted as junior counsel in several large-scale civil fraud cases, including Federal Republic of Nigeria v JPMorgan Chase Bank NA [2022] EWHC 1447 (Comm), Tai Mo Shan Limited v Persons Unknown [2024] EWHC 1514 (Comm); [2024] EWHC 2532 (Comm), and Voltaire Capital Holdings Limited v Watson & Ors (trial listed for October 2026). He is appointed to the Serious Fraud Office’s C Panel for international proceeds of crime cases.
Aaron has a particular interest in art & cultural property law matters, with specific expertise in cases involving allegations of fraud or fakes. He is regularly instructed by art market participants on a wide range of art law issues. Aaron lectures on art law at the London School of Economics, was a Visiting Fellow at Magdalene College, Cambridge, for the Easter Term 2025 (working on various projects relating to fakes/forgeries), and regularly publishes and speaks about art & cultural property law.
