I focus on IP in all aspects: patents, SPCs, trade marks, design and confidential information. I am also Standing Counsel to the Comptroller-General. I have acted in all UK and EU courts and proceedings at the UKIPO and EPO. In the UKSC I have successfully represented Eli Lilly (pemetrexed, patents, equivalents), Skykick (Sky v. SkyKick, trade marks) and the Comptroller (Thaler v. Comptroller: AI, unled). Other cases include BskyB v. Microsoft (SkyDrive), Resolution v. Lundbeck (citalopram), Comic v.
