Steven G. Frankel

Steven regularly acts for Canadian and international clients in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation. He has substantial expertise in class action, securities, competition and arbitration matters, as well as various other types of disputes. He frequently appears before courts and tribunals across Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including, in particular, the Commercial List) and the Competition Tribunal. He is a member of the Legal Task Force of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs and sits on its Steering Committee. He has served in multiple leadership roles at The Advocates’ Committee, including a term as Chair of the Mid-Career Advocates Standing Committee.
