Steve Frank

Career

Steve Frank represents issuers and underwriters in a broad range of traditional and complex tax-exempt financings, including general obligation bonds, lease revenue and general revenue bonds, private activity bonds and commercial paper programs.

His areas of emphasis include public and private colleges and universities, health care organizations, public school districts, nonprofit corporations and public and private utilities. He has counseled clients on a variety of financing structures, including traditional fixed rate, variable rate and multi-modal structures involving various forms of credit enhancement and liquidity support.

Steve's practice also includes advising school districts and local units of government on election law issues and campaign finance compliance.
