Corporate and governmental restructuring, bankruptcy and debtor-creditor rights generally. He has particular expertise in the representation of municipalities, banks and other financial institutions, and automotive manufacturers and suppliers in their debtor-creditor relationships, both inside and outside of formal bankruptcy proceedings. This experience involves negotiation, documentation and litigation in chapter 9 (municipalities) and chapter 11 (restructuring) cases.
