Practice Areas
A very broad commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory practice, with particular emphasis upon banking and financial services matters; professional negligence disputes; insurance and reinsurance disputes, international commercial arbitrations, and joint venture and shareholder disputes, as well as large contractual disputes of a commercial nature more generally. The international nature of his practice frequently involves him dealing with issues of foreign law, which have included, over the years, French, Italian, Greek, Mexican, US, Indian, Indonesian, Egyptian, Chinese, Polish and Iranian law.
