Stefanus Haryanto is Managing Partner of AKHH and leads the dispute resolution practice at the firm. A seasoned litigator with more than twenty-five years of experience, Stefanus' practice extends across the full range of dispute resolution procedures, representing clients involved in civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative disputes before the general and administrative courts and administrative agencies in Indonesia, as well as numerous commercial disputes before domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He is also widely recommended for his insurance, competition, and debt restructuring practices.
