Hendry joined AKHH in 2001 and became partner in 2009. As a licensed litigation lawyer specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration as well as insurance and criminal law, Hendry has represented local and multinational enterprises in a wide range of civil, criminal, and commercial matters. He has appeared before the district and special courts, including the commercial and industrial relations courts; the administrative court; the general and administrative high courts; and the Supreme Court of Indonesia. He also regularly represents clients in domestic and international arbitral proceedings, including institutional arbitrations conducted under the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), and has defended several companies against allegations of unfair business practices at the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU). In relation to criminal proceedings, he has assisted clients with examinations by the Indonesian National Police and public prosecutor’s offices.
