Erline Herrmann

Erline joined Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in corporate law firms in Singapore, London, and Jakarta, where she was exposed to numerous international corporate transactions. Her practice focuses on banking and finance and mergers and acquisitions involving Indonesian assets or companies. She represents both foreign investors and Indonesian companies from various business sectors.

Erline has worked on, amongst others, an investment participation of an Indonesian listed company in an FSRU project company, a proposed acquisition of an Indonesian listed company by an NYSE listed company, a court-sanctioned debt restructuring of an Indonesian public listed company involving the issuance of shares, notes, convertible bonds and new loans, and other various financing and refinancing transactions.
