Stefanie Pfisterer specializes in dispute resolution. She has broad experience as counsel and arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. Stefanie Pfisterer has been involved in more than 50 arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules. She is experienced in disputes arising, inter alia, out of M&A transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, agency and distribution, and international sales contracts. She also frequently pursues enforcement, interim relief and/or annulment proceedings in relation to arbitral awards/arbitration proceedings. Furthermore, Stefanie Pfisterer represents clients in complex court proceedings in a broad range of matters, in particular in international and cross-border disputes. Contentious international trust and estate matters are her other areas of focus. In particular, she represents entrepreneurs, foundations, and international families in contentious trust and estate matters. Stefanie Pfisterer is Vice President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, a member of the board of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen.
