Career

Srinivas is founding and senior partner of IndusLaw. He represents entrepreneurs, businesses and funds on fund raising, investments, acquisitions, exits, corporate governance issues and JVs in varied sectors. Srinivas has been recognised by Chamber’s Asia-Pacific & Global guides, Asialaw Profiles also recognised Srinivas as “Distinguished Practitioner” for Corporate and M&A after listing him as “one of the leading lawyers of India” for many years. He has also been recommended for Corporate and M&A & TMT by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific publication.
