Sonia Shah

Sonia is a partner in our top-tier Jersey Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on advice to leading onshore law firms, fiduciaries and HNWIs in relation to complex and high value trust disputes, commercial litigation and insolvency matters. She acts for trustees and beneficiaries in contentious and non-contentious matters with an international element, and has experience of complex applications and trial work before the Royal Court and Court of Appeal in Jersey. Sonia was part of the Bedell Cristin team which acted for the successful Plaintiffs, Cristiana Crociani and her daughters, in Crociani v Crociani, a long-running $200 million breach of trust claim before the Royal Court and Court of Appeal in Jersey and the Privy Council.
