Fraser Allister

Fraser specialises in the creation of offshore wealth planning structures under Cayman Islands and BVI law, and is a partner in Bedell Cristin's International Private Client team in the Cayman Islands.

He advises trust companies, family offices, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. He also works with onshore law firms and their clients in designing and operating wealth planning structures.

Fraser's practice involves trusts (including STAR trusts and VISTA trusts), foundations, trust companies (including private trust companies), companies and other vehicles.

He prepares complex and straightforward wills and he helps guide clients through the probate and administration of estates process in BVI and the Cayman Islands.

Fraser also advises on offshore regulations as they apply to international private clients, including anti-money laundering, beneficial ownership registers, CRS / FATCA and economic substance.
