Alexander is Counsel in the International Trusts and Private Client practice in Guernsey. He practises in all areas of contentious and non-contentious private client and succession matters.
Alexander assists individuals (including settlors, protectors, trustees and beneficiaries) as well as family offices and corporate trustees with all aspects of Guernsey trust law, pension law and foundation law. He also advises on matters of Cayman Island and BVI trust law.
Alexander has a predominately advisory and transactional practice. He advises high-net-worth families, in particular families and individuals with backgrounds in business, technology and digital assets, about their wealth and succession structuring, including family office structuring.
Alexander joined Mourant in 2020, having previously practised at Cooper Grace Ward, a leading national law firm in Australia.
