He advises UHNW families, family offices, trustees, as well as settlors, beneficiaries and protectors, about all aspects of Guernsey trust law and administration.
Alexander has an international practice, advising families and fiduciary businesses in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He also assists local families in Guernsey with their succession planning and advises executors/administrators about the administration of deceased estates in Guernsey, including applications for probate/letters of administration.
Alexander is recognised within the industry and by his peers as one of the most reliable trust lawyers in the Channel Islands
