Sonia Diwan focuses on the representation of artists, writers, producers and managers.

She was included in MBW’s Power 50 listing and has been nominated as artist’s lawyer of the year by MBW in 2024.
Sonia’s focus remains firmly within pop/urban/dance/grime/electronic genres and her current clientele reflects that. Clients include artists such as Chase & Status, Shiftk3y, SubFocus, Dimension, Netsky, Naughty Boy, Jonas Blue, Paloma Faith, Cian Ducrot, Chris Lorenzo, Todda T; a stellar list of producer-writers such as Stargate, TMS, Fred Ball, Sam Dixon, Nana Rogues, Clarence Coffee Jr, TSB, Maestro, Amy Wadge, Linnea Sodahl, Edd Holloway, Nick Atkinson, Laconic, MTHR, Jo Caleb, various management companies, such as Frame Artists and 17 Days Management, independent labels such as 23 Recordings (Dave Bianchi) and independent publishers, such Culture Sounds, together with long standing established artists, such a Marc Almond (Soft Cell), Danny Goffey (Supergrass) and Adrian Wright (Human League).
Having qualified as a film and TV lawyer, Sonia moved to the music team at Lee & Thompson in 1998, becoming a partner there in 2002. During that time, Sonia represented numerous artists, DJs and producers, including Grammy award winning production team Stargate, and global DJ superstar, Paul Oakenfold.
Sonia was named as one of the most influential women in music in 2014 by Music Week in conjunction with UK Music, AIM and Nordoff Robbins at their Women in Music event. She is actively involved with numerous Women in Music initiatives (recently awarded Cat’s Mother of the year), helping to promote their interests and recognition within the music business.
