Sokol Elmazaj is a Partner at Boga and Associates, which he joined in 1996.

He has extensive expertise in energy, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, privatization, real estate projects and telecommunication. He is continuously involved in providing legal advice to numerous project-financing transactions mainly on concessions and privatizations with focus on energy and infrastructure, both in Albania and Kosovo.

Sokol has advised and represented clients in international commercial arbitration, court proceedings and mediation particularly in matters related to construction and infrastructure projects, damage claims, and other corporate disputes.

He is arbiter listed in the roster of the ADR Centre of the AmCham in Kosovo and serving as Chairman of the Steering Council of ADR of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo.

Sokol is an active member of ICC Albania Commission of Arbitration and ADR, currently involved in the process of consultation of the new draft law on arbitration prepared by the Ministry of Justice.
