Snorre primarily works within debt capital markets, bank and bond financings as well as debt restructurings.

He has over 10 years experience in advising clients on debt capital markets , including acting for lenders in major cross border asset finance deals, for the arrangers / bond trustee in significant cross border high yield bond issuances, for the acquirer / private equity funds in cross border acquisition financings and for issuers in cross border note issuances as well as DCM regulatory matters. He also has solid experience in debt restructuring, acting for lender syndicates in large cross border restructurings, acting for the bond trustee and bondholders in bond restructurings and acting for borrowers/issuers.
