Arianne advises both national and international clients and has extensive experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. She handles high-value, complex disputes, with significant experience in M&A, professional negligence (e.g., the professional liability of lawyers, accountants, and other advisors), and officer and director liability. Arianne also assists clients with investigations of various sizes, including assessments of companies and individuals that ultimately can form the basis for claims for damages or criminal proceedings.

Furthermore - and often as a part of or in close connection with the abovementioned disputes - Arianne has extensive experience with PI insurance, D&O insurance, and W&I insurance. In addition to assisting with disputes on insurance coverage, Arianne also advises on the drafting, purchase, and renewal of such insurance. Arianne is frequently requested by insurance companies to assess coverage and acts as coverage counsel in ongoing disputes between third-party claimants and insureds.
