Career

Simone Musa coordinates the Tax practice group, focusing on income tax and other federal taxes. She has extensive experience in taxation on acquisitions, associations and restructuring, international taxation and treaties to avoid bi-taxation, transfer pricing, taxation of Brazilian investments abroad, taxation of infrastructure projects and project financing.

Praised for her practical advice and technical knowledge, she has received numerous awards for her achievements.

Simone is a member of the Administrative Committee of the firm and has participated in several projects involving the areas of client development, communication and human resources. Also, she is currently one of the leaders of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Additionally, Simone is one of the leaders of the project for the inclusion of black students in the legal profession - Incluir Direito, of CESA, where she is a member of the Board of Directors for the term 2021 - 2024.
