Simone Dias Musa practices corporate tax for over 25 years, focusing on international taxation, transfer pricing and on transactions, including M&A, corporate restructuring and greenfield projects.

Praised for her practical advice and technical knowledge, she has received numerous awards for her achievements and has worked on complex global projects for multinational clients. Through a cooperation with Baker McKenzie, she has also chaired several Latin American tax conferences.

Simone is a member of the Management Committee of Trench Rossi Watanabe and is one of the leaders of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Professional Memberships

She is a board member of the following organizations:

(i) Instituto Trench Rossi Watanabe (iTRW), a not-for-profit organization financed by the partners, with ongoing projects supporting legal education for black students;

(ii) CESA, a traditional thought leadership organization of Law Firms in Brazil, where she is one of the leaders of the project for the inclusion of black students in the legal profession - Incluir Direito; and

(iii) IBDT (Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário).
