Simone Bryson is a partner in the Johannesburg office of Fasken. She specialises in banking and finance, public private partnerships and capital markets, financing of projects and infrastructure.

Advising on secured lending transactions, she assists both sponsors and lenders on transactions in the power and energy, including renewable energy, as well as the mining and natural resources sector.

Her experience includes South African mining law, including South Africa's Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act and all related legislation. She advises major and junior mining companies and traditional communities in transactions within the South African and sub-Saharan Africa mining industries.
