Simon is head of the Family law team and lead partner in London & Oxford. He has specialised in family law for over 20 years.

Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and joined RWK Goodman as a partner in 2008 after the firm’s merger with the Oxfordshire firm Marshall & Galpin.

Simon is a regular contributor to local and legal press and provides family law training for local charities and organisations, including RELATE and the Citizens’ Advice Bureau. He regularly features on BBC Radio Oxford dealing with family law matters. He is an accredited adviser for Resolution, an organisation committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

The Legal 500 UK, an independent guide to the legal profession, recognises that Simon “has invaluable experience and knowledge of the legal system“. In a more recent edition, he has been described as “excellent” and “a consistent high performer, particularly in matrimonial finance“.
