Simon Entwistle

I joined Lewis Silkin as a Partner in 2000, and have over 35 years' experience of advising on corporate (M&A, joint ventures and general corporate advisory) and non-contentious commercial matters.

Having spent the early years of my career as a corporate finance lawyer, a brief stint working in-house followed by six years in a two man practice led me to appreciate the joys of a broad and varied workload.

Although I work with clients across various industries, the majority of the clients I work with are in media, marketing services, leisure or retail. I have worked with clients in the publishing industry (primarily the sector which used to be referred to as the magazine industry) throughout my career I work closely with the AOP, and I am a member of the AOP's Advisory Board.

Away from the office, I will generally either be found cheering on the Wales rugby team or doing things with my family.
