Silvia is currently the Vice-President of the ICC Brazil Commission on Arbitration and ADR (2024-2026), following being appointed leader of the “Arbitration and Energy” Task Force of such commission (2023). Silvia is also one of the 4 members of the ICC Brazilian Committee Nomination Commission, in charge of proposing candidates to the ICC Court of Arbitration whenever the Court is to appoint an arbitrator (2024-2026). She has been re-appointed for a second term as Delegate of the ICC Global Commission on Arbitration and ADR – Paris, representing Brazil (2024-2027). Since 2019, Silvia is a member of the Task Force “Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration”, of the same ICC Global Commission on Arbitration and ADR – Paris.

Silvia has been representing local and foreign clients since 2002 in domestic and international arbitrations in Latin America, Europe, U.S., and Africa, under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, ICDR/AAA, CAM- CCBC, FIESP, CAMARB, FGV, as well as ad hoc cases. She is a member of the arbitrators lists of CAM-CCBC, CAMARB, AMCHAM, and ARBITAC.
