She leads multi-office, multidisciplinary teams across Sidley’s global platform in investigations and compliance reviews involving bribery and corruption, books-and-records and internal controls issues, revenue recognition and accounting irregularities, fraud, embezzlement, and other forms of corporate misconduct. Shu Min also counsels clients on compliance program design and third party and transaction risk assessments, especially in challenging emerging markets.
Shu Min is fluent in English and Chinese, speaks conversational Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia, and has working knowledge of Japanese and Arabic.
