Mimma Barila is the managing partner of Sidley’s Sydney office and the head of the Capital Markets group in Sydney. Her practice focuses on corporate finance and U.S. capital markets transactions.
Mimma has extensive experience in representing issuers, investors, and underwriters in securities transactions, including private placements of secured and unsecured high yield and investment grade debt, IPO’s, equity and hybrid securities, tender and exchange offers and SEC registered offerings.
