Daniel Lindsey

DANIEL LINDSEY is the head of the firm's Global Finance practice in Hong Kong and Singapore. Daniel has worked in Asia for over a decade and works closely with Sidley’s M&A and Private Equity group acting for private funds and their portfolio companies across various strategies – including private equity, digital infrastructure, credit and hybrid capital – as well as corporate clients on financings across the Asia-Pacific region. Daniel has extensive experience on a wide range of debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financing transactions, hybrid and special situation investments, and fund-level financings. His experience also extends to back-leverage and holdco financings, real estate and other asset-backed financings, margin loans, capital expenditure and working capital financings. Daniel has practiced in London, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore.
