SHARON FLANAGAN is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Executive Committee and has over 25 years of experience representing companies in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, securities offerings and corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences/healthcare and technology industries. Sharon also serves as the San Francisco office managing partner, and is a leader of the firm’s Global Life Sciences practice.

Sharon also advises a number of public companies on corporate governance, disclosure and other SEC compliance matters, as well as proxy advisory firm matters, stockholder proposals and corporate governance best practices.
