Career

Since 2001, Lawyer Cheng Shan has been engaged in the legal industry. With over 25 years of legal practice experience, Lawyer Cheng Shan has both judicial background in courts and law firm practice experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws, and a Master of Business Administration, and possesses qualifications including Professional Lawyer in Corporate Law, Professional Lawyer in Construction & Real Estate, and Certified Enterprise Risk Manager, forming a compound professional capability of "Law + Management + Industry".

She holds multiple industry and social positions, such as Expert of the Civil and Administrative Procuratorial Expert Consultation Network of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Member of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, and Arbitrator of Arbitration Commissions in multiple provinces and cities, deeply participating in industry governance and the rule of law construction.
