Practice Areas

Scott represents clients in the preparation and administration of Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Business Entities, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Charitable Organizations. The majority of his practice is focused on high net worth individuals and families with an emphasis on planning to minimize gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Scott also represents individual and corporate trustees in litigation involving estates and trusts.
