Scott Chenevert is a partner and member of our Business Section. He practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance and securities. Scott has represented private and public companies in the real estate development, energy and oilfield services, technology and professional services industries. Scott has over 20 years of experience handling complex public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Scott also has extensive experience serving as outside general counsel for privately held and family companies.
