Saša Jovičić co-heads the Wolf Theiss' firm wide Energy industry group and is one of the most prominent energy lawyers in Croatia, coupled with extensive M&A experience. He currently focuses on energy projects in Croatia and the CEE/SEE region. He regularly advises clients on their market entries and regulatory questions, as well as on all stages of project developments (including permitting and environmental regulatory, project acquisition and financing, commercial contracts and, if need be, dispute resolution) in the energy sector. He has advised numerous prominent international clients on their business efforts in Croatia since joining Wolf Theiss in 2005.
